Winemaking
Soft pressing of the grapes in order to obtain the pale pink colour for the must. Fermentation of the must at controlled temperature.

Bottling
Addition of sugary syrup and selected yeasts in order to activate refermentation in the bottle – bottling proceedings – positioning of bottles in stacks in horizontal position for at least 24 months for maturation – pouring off proceedings followed by corking.
5,5 atmosphere

In the glass
Sparkling pink wine with fine and persistent perlage.

Tasting notes
Colour: bright tender pink with purple glints.
Aroma: intense, delicate but penetrating.
Flavour: intense and persistent, mellow and harmonious.

Serving Temperature
To be served at 4-6° Celsius
