Aglianico is also nicknamed "Barolo Del Sud " because it is equally elegant, fascinating and because of its characteristics in common with the Piedmontese Nebbiolo vine (structure and finesse of taste) and prefers vinification in purity.
FEATURES :
The wine has a deep color, intense bouquet, with sweet vanilla sensations that melt with spicy notes. In the mouth the great tannic structure is particular soft and silky.
Food pairing :
Pasta with tomato and meat sauce, vegetables soups. Very good on pork loin, roast veal and roast lamb and tripe. To be tried on well seasoned cheeses and salamis.
