Winemaking
Soft pressing of the grapes - instant filtration with continuous refrigeration of the must to avoid fermentation – preservation in refrigerated tanks at 0° Celsius. Re-fermentation of the must in autoclave to obtain effervescence and for the alcohol to arrive at 5,5% vol. Interruption of the re-fermentation is obtained by lowering the temperature with continuous filtration.

Bottling
At the moment of bottling the wine is subject to micro-filtration and all points of transition from the autoclave to the bottle are sterilized by vapour.

Sweet still wine

Alcohol
5.50% vol.

Tasting notes
Colour: intense straw-yellow.
Aroma: intense, persistent and typically aromatic. The primary typical Muscat aroma is reminiscent of dog-rose and sage-leaf.
Flavour: sweet, full, very persistent with a slight citrine aftertaste.

Serving Temperature
To be served at 4-6° Celsius.
