Winemaking
Vinification is done with short maceration of the must on the marc, in order to exploit the primary aromas of the Muscat grapes.

Bottling
After fermentation the wine is poured into steel tanks and is preserved at a temperature of 0° Celsius, before being put in autoclave to obtain effervescence.

In the glass
Sweet Sparkling wine.

Alcohol
6% vol .

Tasting notes
Colour: yellow with golden glints.
Aroma: intense, fine, persistent with reminiscence of dog-rose, sage and basil.
Flavour: sweet, full and velvety, slightly spiced, persistent.

Serving Temperature
To be served at 4-6° Celsius.
